• The deletion process is irreversible.

• Confirmation that you wish to have your data deleted.

For your security, we may require identity verification before processing your request. You may be asked to:

• Submit a government-issued ID (only if legally necessary).

We aim to complete your request within 45 days of verification. In some cases, it may take longer due to complexity or legal obligations. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Data may not be deleted if it is:

• Required to comply with a legal obligation.
• Necessary for resolving disputes or enforcing agreements.
• Needed to fulfill a service you've requested until completion.
