Cancelling and refunds

1. Go to Settings → Billing & plan and click Cancel renewal. Stripe's billing page opens.
2. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.

You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you're never charged again. Outside the 30-day guarantee, there are no partial refunds for the rest of the month.

Your ads keep running in Meta after you cancel. They're normal ads in your ad account.

Ask in Discord or email [email protected] within 30 days of subscribing and we refund what you’ve paid in full. When we refund you, we also cancel your subscription, so your access ends right away and you’re never charged again.

If you started with a free-trial code, the free month takes the place of the guarantee.
